-- × Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update Open For Dental Emergencies ADC of Norton Message Dr. Gracia Message May 1st, 2020 Dear Patients and Friends, I think many of us know someone who has been impacted by this invisible disease. I hope for the continued health and safety of you and your loved ones. We have made the most challenging decisions to close our practice for all but emergency and urgent care to help flatten the curve and support our frontline medical colleagues. As a profession, we took this brave step despite the heavy financial impact on us all. We did so out of concern for the safety of our patients, our staff, and our families. But most of all, it was the right thing to do. Like so many of you, I have been navigating this crisis day-by-day because there is so much uncertainty. I never imagined I would face this situation in my professional career, but I am determined that we will recover. With so much to sort through and things changing so quickly, it is very important for us to all work together as a family. Under the direct orders of both the Federal and State authorities and the guidance of the American Dental Association and because the health of our patients and team are our top priority, our office will only be treating true dental emergencies. We will close until we reopen Monday, May 18th (unless there are additional days added as a result of this national crisis). Practice social distancing, wash your hands frequently, only go out when absolutely necessary and always use good judgement! When it is safe to resume our normal lives, we will all be here, ready to serve all your dental needs and practicing all the universal pre cautions. We will be adding the N95 Mask with the face shield and some patients will be waiting 6 feet a part in the waiting room, while the rest will be waiting in their cars until they are called for the respective appointment.
